Visimade respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable intellectual property laws.
If you believe that content on Visimade infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice. To be effective under the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512), your notice must include substantially the following:
Describe the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notification, you may provide a representative list.
Provide the URL or other information sufficient to locate the material you claim is infringing.
Include your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on their behalf.

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
Identify the content that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if outside the U.S., in any judicial district where Visimade may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original takedown notice.
Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the person who filed the original takedown notice. If the copyright claimant does not file a lawsuit within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed content.

Visimade will terminate user accounts that are determined to be repeat infringers. We maintain a strike system:
Content removed, user notified, warning issued.
Content removed, account may be temporarily suspended.
Account terminated permanently.
Strikes may be removed if a successful counter-notification is filed or after a period of good standing.
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material was removed or blocked by mistake, may be subject to liability. We reserve the right to seek damages from any party that submits a false or fraudulent takedown notice or counter-notification.
